The recruitment of new Talent takes place through the Cyber & Cloud Academy recruitment training program, which offers a unique opportunity to start work in an expert role through expert training that supports your new tasks.
Through the six-month long program, you can head on, for example, the following tasks:
- Software developer
- Data security/Cybersecurity expert roles
- SOC Analyst
- system expert role
- IT Project Manager roles
- IT support role
- Helpdesk expert roles
- service desk role
- Consultant roles
There are total of 12 open positions in the program to various partnering companies locating in Pirkanmaa area. The contents of the tasks vary by company, and you can tell all recruiting companies about your background and skills conveniently through one profile.
The program is organized in close cooperation with Saranen, ELY-keskus, TE-palvelut and the recruiting companies. The recruitment training program is targeted for unemployed jobseekers, or people facing the prospect of unemployment.
The program schedule is is is 25.10.2023- 24.4.2024 . During the program , the main focus is is ( about 70 % ) is on learn about your new role , in a cooperative company – in practical task and real project .
The expert training (about 30 %) contains high-quality specialty training for the following subjects:
- Cybersecurity
- Cloud platforms
- technical operate environment
- cyber security process
- Identifying security threats, attacks and vulnerabilities
- Utilization of information security tools
The trainings will be in Finnish.
