Important Note: Any VPN users using the Pulse client — Do NOT Call 911 Using the Skype Softphone on VPN! It is extremely important that you do NOT call 911 using Skype Softphone on VPN. The Skype Softphone uses your office network information to identify the caller’s location to emergency dispatchers (police, fire, etc.). When using your Skype Softphone on VPN, your location appears to be come from the location where this VPN appliance exists — not wherever you are physically (at home, in a hotel, or at some other location). You should always use a land line or a cell phone to dial 911 in the event of an emergency.

Attention vendors using the TwoFactor Profile with Defender token for multi-factor authentication (MFA):  The landing page and MFA method has been updated.  Starting September 25, 2023, you may no longer be able to access the network at this location.
