I am going to make an assumption you know how to package the required files in order to deploy with Intune.
In order to install Any-Connect you need three items
- Configured XML Document with the settings for the VPN
- MSI Installer – Connect
- Copy.cmd file to copy the file into the correct location
- GitHub
package deploy – Connect client like application .
Second Package the XML and CMD. Next deploy the package. Please note the settings below. In this particular case, you will need to use the dependency option and select the Any-Connect install so it will have it installed before this runs.
